Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since you received your desired product, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition as received and securely packed in its original packaging to ensure safe handling.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Any item not in its original condition or damaged.
• Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

In case of any damage, you are required to report it to our customer support team within 1-2 hours of receiving the item, along with clear video evidence of the damage.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo inspection. We will notify you via email about the status of your refund, and whether it has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

• Our customer support representative will contact you to collect your payment details (JazzCash/Easypaisa/Bank Account).
• The refund will be processed and transferred to your account within 15 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you do not receive your refund after 15 days, please take the following steps:

• Double-check your account details.
• Contact our customer support representative for assistance.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
